Terms of Service

By engaging LaunchLocal ("we", "us") to design or build your website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not proceed with payment or onboarding.

All pricing on our website is fixed and quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and before the site goes live. Deposits are non-refundable once design or development work has commenced.

Starter packages are typically delivered in 48–72 hours. Business packages take 5–7 business days. Timelines depend on receiving content and feedback from you within 24 hours of being requested. Delays caused by missing content or feedback may extend the delivery date.

Each package includes two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are charged at $80/hour. Major scope changes after build commencement may require a new quote.

Once final payment is received, you own all design files, content, and code we produced for your website. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Hosting and domain registration are not included in build fees unless explicitly stated. Our Care Plans include hosting if subscribed. You are responsible for renewing your own domain unless we manage it for you under a Care Plan.

Care Plans are billed monthly. The first month is included free with any new website build. After the first month, you may cancel any time with 7 days notice. Care Plans do not cover major redesigns or new feature development.

Payments are processed securely through Square. We never store card details. By completing checkout you authorise the displayed amount to be charged. Recurring Care Plan billing begins after the first free month and continues until cancelled.

Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Care Plan fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but cancellation prevents future charges.

We build websites to industry standards but do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected service.
